Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Waitro ("the Service"), a product of PPUSSH Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Waitro provides a waitlist management platform that allows users to create and manage email waitlists for their projects. The Service includes subscriber ingestion, management, and analytics features.

Authentication via PPUSSH

Account creation and authentication are handled by PPUSSH through its secure OIDC infrastructure. By creating an account, you also agree to PPUSSH's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or handle your password — all credential management is performed by PPUSSH.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service to send spam, unauthorized marketing, or malicious content.
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

Subscriber Data

You are responsible for the email addresses and data you collect through your waitlists. You agree to:

• Obtain proper consent from individuals before adding them to your waitlists.
• Provide a clear privacy notice to your subscribers about how you use their data.
• Comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Not upload or collect data from individuals who have not consented.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service temporarily without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPUSSH Inc. and Waitro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, extended inactivity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
