• Account Information — Authentication and sign-up is handled by our parent company PPUSSH. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from PPUSSH's authentication system.
• Usage Data — We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service.

• To notify subscribers when they join or move up a waitlist.
• To improve and optimize our platform.
• To communicate with you about your account and our service.

PPUSSH Authentication

Waitro is a product of PPUSSH Inc. All authentication and account management is handled by PPUSSH's secure OIDC infrastructure. When you sign up or sign in, you are redirected to PPUSSH Accounts for authentication. PPUSSH manages your login credentials, and we never store or handle your password.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your subscribers' information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your project data within 30 days. Subscriber data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.
